Terms and Conditions

1. Overview
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the Residential Solar Monitoring Plan provided by Solar Medix, supported by our in-house Service team. By enrolling, the customer agrees to the following terms.

2. Services Provided

• Monitoring Platform: Access to real-time and historical solar system data via the Solar Medix Monitoring platform.
• Performance Alerts: Automatic alerts for performance drops, equipment issues, or connectivity problems.
• Service Coordination: Diagnostic review and dispatch of service technicians when anomalies are detected.
• Reporting: Monthly reports on system performance and energy generation.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Maintain a stable internet connection to ensure proper monitoring.
• Ensure system components are accessible and not obstructed.
• Report any physical damage or concerns not detected by the system.

4. Service Team Engagement

• Service visits are triggered automatically or manually upon diagnostics review.
• Visits include physical inspection, basic repairs, and component resets as needed.
• Replacement parts (if out of warranty) may incur additional charges, which will be disclosed upfront.

5. Limitations of Service

• The monitoring system cannot detect issues unrelated to digital performance metrics (e.g., shading or aesthetic wear).
• Service visits do not include roof repairs, electrical panel modifications, or unrelated electrical work.
• This plan is limited to Residential Properties.

6. Term and Termination

• The plan is billed monthly/yearly and auto-renews unless canceled.
• Either party may terminate with 30 days’ notice.

7. Fees and Payment

• Standard fees include the monitoring platform subscription and base maintenance tier.
• Additional services or parts are billed per the prevailing service rate.
• Non-payment may result in suspension of services.

8. Data & Privacy

• System data is collected and processed via encrypted infrastructure.
• Customer information will not be shared or sold and is used strictly for service delivery.

9. Warranty & Liability

• This plan does not extend or replace any equipment warranties.
• Solar Medix is not liable for energy losses or consequential damages beyond service fees paid.
